ParklandOne - Update Your Secondary Email Address

"ParklandOne" refers to your digital credentials for the College. It encompasses your Parkland username, password, and multifactor authentication (MFA). ParklandOne account management is powered by a system called Okta. This article describes how to set up and/or update a secondary email address for the purpose of receiving account-related notifications.

Initial "secondary email" prompt

Edit your "secondary email" address (if need be)

Initial "secondary email" prompt:

Employees and Current Students may be prompted to input a secondary email which will serve as another means of receiving notifications from the system. Please input your personal (not Parkland) email address in the field provided and select Finish.

  • You will be sent an email to that account asking you to confirm the address. Open the message and select Confirm Email Change.
  • Next, you will be prompted to enter your ParklandOne username and then you will need to verify with multifactor authentication (MFA).
  • Finally, you will be presented with a message that says, "Email Change Confirmed."

New Students should not be prompted to enter a secondary email address because the personal email address Parkland has on file for you has automatically been applied to this system.
