Your first step to access Respondus 4.0 is to connect to Parkland's Apporto system using your Parkland credentials. Once you log in, you will see "GPU Desktop" and "Non-GPU Desktop". Click the Launch button on "Non-GPU Desktop".

If it is your first time logging in, it may take a few minutes to create your profile. What you do in Apporto is NOT automatically saved and if you save to the desktop, you will likely lose your work next time you log in. You must save your files to your provided U:/ share drive within File Explorer/My PC, or connect your OneDrive account. By default, Respondus files will save to U:/Respondus Projects/.

Once you are connected and are at the Apporto desktop screen, double-click the Respondus 4.0 [FACULTY] icon:

Sometimes when opening the Respondus software on Apporto, it will show this error:

If it does this, click OK and double-click the icon again. You should now be connected to the program and can proceed with the instructions found here: Cobra Learning - Respondus 4.0
