Printing from the D209/D217/D219 instructor stations and dedicated student desktops:

When you have a document open, you can simply select, File and then Print. It will not prompt you for a username and it will print directly to the printer without the need to release it.

Are there laptops available for my students to borrow temporarily if they forgot theirs or if they are having hardware issues?

Who should I contact if I am experiencing technical issues in D209/D217/D219?

If it is an emergency, please call the Tech Service Desk at 353-3333. If it is a non-emergency, you can call the Tech Service Desk OR submit a ticket via the eHelpdesk ticketing system. Log in with your ParklandOne username and password. Please specify that you are needing assistance with your BYOD class.
