25Live - Searching and Reference

Instructions and helpful hints for searching in 25Live.
25Live is Parkland College's primary scheduling application. Please use Microsoft Edge, Firefox or Chrome. Internet Explorer is no longer supported. To access 25live, log into 25live through the My Apps dashboard link with the 25live logo. If you need additional access, please submit a service request ticket. 
Additional information on how to use 25Live can be accessed on CollegeNet's KnowledgeOwl by selecting the help button after logging into 25Live or the links below. 
Tip: log into 25live in the same browser before selecting help article links.

Advanced Event Search for Final Exams Example:
Advanced search example: Click the search bar icon next to “search events” on 25Live dashboard Change quick search to advanced Add criterion with “AND” conjunction Event type--> Include any--> Final exam Organization--> Specific organization--> Select code for your department Occurrence dates--> Specific from and until dates as exam week dates Save as and title search. “Yes” to add to starred searches.
