Report an IT issue via services.parkland.edu. If you are on Connect, select the Technology option and then click Tech Help.
Fall/Spring: 7:30 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. M-Th. / 7:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Fridays
Summer: 7:30 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. M-Th
For Cobra specific assistance, please review the Learning Support Resources widget located in the right column of the homepage. Of note is the Cobra Connection orientation resource that will assist students with navigating the Cobra system. Additionally, beneath the widget is a 24/7 Cobra Support widget in which you can get real-time assistance with your technical Cobra Learning questions.
