Office 365 - (Outlook 2013) - Redirect Email Replies to an Alternate Address

this article describes how to create an email or mass email that sends it's replies to an address other than the creator of the email.

To Redirect an email to an address other than the creator of that email:

1. Create New Email.

2. Click on the "Options" tab.

3. Click on "Direct Replies To".

4. Type the address of the person you would like the replies to go to under "Delivery Options" in the "Have replies sent to" box, or click on "Select Names" to choose from the address book.
