Microsoft 365 (Outlook Client for Windows) - Redirect Email Replies to an Alternate Address

This article describes how to create an email or mass email that sends it's replies to an address other than the creator of the email.

To Redirect an email to an address other than the creator of that email:

1. Create New Email.

  The New Email button in the Home tab of the Outlook ribbon

2. Click on the Options tab.

3. Select Direct Replies To.


  A dialog box allowing the user to select another user to direct replies to

4. Type the address of the person you would like the replies to go to under Delivery Options in the Have replies sent to box, or click on Select Names to choose from the address book.
