Locating a missing course in Cobra Learning - Faculty
When faculty log into Cobra Learning, they will see their assigned courses listed under the My Courses widget or by searching for them using the "waffle" icon in the system mini bar.
If you do not see a course on Cobra Learning, but it does appear in your Self Service schedule:
- When was the course assigned to you in Colleague? If the department secretary added you today; the course will show in Self Service immediately, but in Cobra the following day. Please allow 1 day after seeing the course in Self Service for it to appear in Cobra.
Note: course enrollments changes are typically updated each night, but new enrollments may not be effective until the full enrollment loader is run on Sundays.
If you do not see a course on Cobra Learning and it also does NOT appear in Self Service:
- Please check with the department assistant as they may have not entered the assignment into Colleague for teaching yet.
- If you need immediate access to Cobra, please ask your department to contact Learning Commons/Instructional Tech to confirm the load and approve your manual enrollment in the course.
