Sending and receiving instant messages

The Instant Messages tool is an online messaging tool for sending and receiving text messages to classmates and other members of Cobra Learning.

Sending instant messages

1. On the Friends page, do one of the following:
   • Select the users from your Friends list and click Message.
   • Click on a contact’s name.
2. Type a Message.
3. Click Send.

Receiving pages

You may receive and read incoming pager notifications in the Message alert icon on the minibar.

1. Click on the Message alert/envelope icon in the minibar.
2. Click the Instant Messages link.
3. Click on the message to read and reply to it.
