About Instant Messages

The Instant Messages is an online messaging tool for sending text messages to classmates and other members of Cobra Learning. An instant message is quicker and less formal than an email. Use the instant messages tool to quickly see which of your classmates are online, get an answer from a friend, or to send a reminder or notice.

Access the Instant Messages tool

Do one of the following:

• Click Instant Messages from the Message alert/envelope icon on the minibar.
• Click Instant Messages on the navbar (if applicable).
