Adobe will begin discontinuing the Creative Cloud Synced Files service February 3rd. Files stored in Adobe Creative Cloud's Cloud Documents, Creative Cloud Libraries, Lightroom cloud storage, and Frame.io cloud storage are not affected.

Any files stored in Synced files or Shared synced files will be deleted on or after February 3rd. If you have files you wish to keep or are not sure if you have such files, follow the instructions below.

1. Go to https://assets.adobe.com/files with your web browser. Sign in with your ParklandOne credentials if you have not already done so. If prompted for Personal Account or Company or School Account, select Company or School Account. (This step must be completed in a web browser and not in the Adobe Creative Cloud Desktop application.)
2. Look for the Synced files option in the left column – you may need to look under the Launch more menu at the bottom of the column. If there is not a Synced files category in the left pane, you do not have any files synced and can stop here. If you do have a Synced files category and no files appear here, skip to step 4. If files do appear in the right pane, continue to step 3.

3. Select the files you wish to keep by moving the mouse pointer just below each file until the ellipsis menu (icon with 3 dots) appears.  Click it and select the Download option to save them to a location convenient for your use, such as your local computer or OneDrive.

4. Once finished, select Shared synced folders in the left pane if it is present. Any files appearing here are files shared from others.

5. As before, select any shared files appearing that you wish to keep and follow the procedure from step 3 to download and save to a location convenient for your use.
