2. The startup progress shows while the system starts.
3. The home screen will appear and will contain a number of options.
- Select a Source to send it to the projector. If the projector is off, it will turn on automatically. Please note that the sources vary depending on what room you are in.
- Use the Speaker Volume controls to control the overall volume of the ceiling speakers. A gauge will pop up when this button is pressed and will stay visible for three seconds.
- Use the Privacy button to engage privacy mute. This mutes all audio going to the far end of a conference.
- Press the Power Off button to show the system off confirmation dialog box.
- Press the Image Mute button to mute the projector’s image.
Additional notes if you selected PC or Laptop as your source:
- The camera page will appear and it provides a one touch action to get to the camera controls.
- Use the camera arrow controls to Move the camera.
- Press Preset to recall a camera position. Hold for 5 seconds to save the current camera position as the selected preset. When saved, the “Preset Saved!” notification appears
- Press the arrow in the upper right to return to the main screen.
Additional notes if you selected Blu Ray as your source:
- When Blu Ray is selected, the Blu Ray controls will automatically appear.
- Use the Blu Ray controls to operate the player.
- Press the arrow in the upper right to return to the main screen.
4. When you are finished, select the Power OFF button and it will give you the options of Yes or No. Select Yes to proceed or select No to cancel the action.
5. The system shut down progress will show while the system is shutting down.
