Office 365 (Outlook Client) - Save an Email Message
1. Highlight the email by clicking on it.
2. Click the File tab in the top left of the window.
3. On the left side of the file tab, select Save as Adobe PDF. Alternatively, you can choose Save As if you want to save the email in a different format.
4. Choose the location you want to save the file to and click Save.
