Cobra Learning - Student Roles

CobraBanner

There are two student roles in Cobra Learning: Student and Incomplete Student

Student

This is the standard role that students have when enrolled in courses.  Students have access to their registered courses in Cobra 1 (one) day prior to the first day of class through 30 (thirty) days after the last day of class.  Students with this role have access to all course materials made available to them by the instructor.  At the end of the 30-day extension of the course, they will lose access to the course materials.  It is recommended that you print your grades and download any paper submissions that you wish to keep before the course access ends.

Incomplete Student

Students who have completed 75% of the required coursework and submitted an Incomplete Grade contract will receive a grade of “I” for the semester.  At the end of the 30-day extension of the course, the student access will switch to that of an Incomplete Student and they will retain access to all necessary and instructor-provided materials which are needed to complete the course.  The access will be changed to Student when the grade has been changed from an I to an earned letter-grade and access to the course will be closed.
