ParklandOne - Missing Dock Icon on a Macintosh Computer

The ParklandOne Password Station icon is a shortcut to the ParklandOne website where you can manage your ParklandOne password. By default, the icon is located on the dock of any Parkland owned Mac. If the icon is missing, follow the steps below to add it to the dock on your Mac computer.

1. Open "Finder" located on the dock, then open your Applications folder and look for “ParklandOne Password Station” or “ParklandOne Password Station.webloc”.
Applications Folder
2. Select this file and drag it to the right side of the Dock.

Click and drag

3. Once completed, you should see the ParklandOne Password Station icon located on your Dock.

Task Complete

In the event that you do not find “ParklandOne Password Station” or “ParklandOne Password Station.webloc” in your Applications folder, an incident should be opened with the Tech Service Desk.
