Everyone is given 99GB of storage space in Outlook at Parkland College.  Please follow these quick steps to determine how much of your 99GB you have remaining. 

1. Click on the File tab.

2. In the Mailbox Settings section, it will tell you how much space is remaining.

3. Click on the Tools button for advanced tools or to empty the Deleted Items folder.
