Microsoft 365 (Outlook for Windows) - Adding / Changing Your Profile Photo

1. Select the File tab in the installed Outlook client to access your account information.
2. To add a photo or change the existing one, select Change underneath the existing picture. It will take you to the web version of Outlook but the change will also occur in the installed client app.
3. Select Upload a new photo, browse for the correct file and select Open.
4. Select Apply.

Note: Outlook can use .jpg, .png, .gif, .bmp, or .tif photo file formats. It can take up to 48 hours for the new photo to appear.
