Microsoft Office 365 - Introduction, Overview, and Access
Office 365 is a subscription service available for free to all Parkland employees and students. Your account entitles you to have up to five licenses which allows for installation on all of your personal devices. In addition to the Office desktop apps that you’re familiar with, you also get extra online storage (OneDrive) and cloud-connected features that let you collaborate on files in real time. Applications include but are not limited to Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, OneDrive, OneNote, and Teams.
Before you can access Microsoft Office 365:

Please note that only the most commonly used features are available in the online apps and therefore, the installed Office suite is recommended for students completing their coursework.
