IT Liaison

The IT Liaison serves as a bridge between system owners/stewards, Campus Technologies, and vendors to facilitate technical communication and ensure system functionality. They oversee compliance with Parkland's technology and information security policies, ensuring alignment with institutional standards. Responsibilities include:

  • System Implementation – Lead technical deployment and integration.
  • Ongoing Technical Support – Ensure system availability, updates, and backups.
