Web Time Entry - New Instructions for Employees who are Paid Bi-Weekly
1. Log on to WebAdvisor and navigate to your Bi-weekly Time Sheet.
2. Please enter your actual work hours, if any, on your usual assignment.
3. In addition to your usual assignment, you will see a new position in your list.
If you are an Hourly employee, you will see this position:
If you are a Federal Work Study Student Worker, you will see this position:
If you are a Student Worker, you will see this position:
4. Enter any additional hours that you need to get to your emailed average hours on the last Saturday of the month. If you have to enter more than 24 hours, please enter those hours on the last Friday of the month. Submit this time as you usually would, by clicking the check box and selecting Submit.
