Office 365 (Outlook 2016 / 2019 for Mac) - How to Set Up Your Outlook Client Account

The first time you open the Microsoft Outlook 2019 client on your Mac, you will need to configure it.

A window prompting you to begin the setup will be displayed. Select Get Started.

Microsoft has two built in themes for Outlook. Please choose between Colorful or Classic and select Continue.

A window showing "You're All Set" appears. Select Start Using Outlook.

Next, a "Welcome to Outlook" window will be displayed. Select Get Started.

A window prompting you to enter your email will be displayed. Enter your full Parkland email address and select Continue.

A Parkland portal page will be displayed. Enter your ParklandOne password and select Sign in.

Once Outlook has finished adding your account, a window will be displayed informing you of the completion of this process.

Select Done or select "Add Another Account" if you have an additional email account (such as a Gmail or Yahoo) that you wish to add the the Outlook client.
