These are instructions for setting up Skype for Business in order to contact other people within the College on either an iPad or an iPhone.
1. Confirm your device has Skype for Business installed. Note: if your Parkland-owned device does not have Skype for Business installed, please contact the Tech Service Desk to let them know it was not installed by default. If you are using a personal device, see steps A and B below.
A. Open the App Store and search for Skype for Business.
B. Select GET.
A. Allow or don't allow Skype for Business to send you Notifications (Figure 1).
B. You can choose to let Skype for Business access your contacts or not (Figure 2).
C. Allow or don't allow Skype for Business to access your microphone (Figure 3).
3. Enter your full Parkland email address and select the blue forward arrow.
6. Enter your ParklandOne password and select Sign In.
Skype for Business is now configured and ready to be used to contact others within the College.
