Unable to Open Outlook Email Links in Colleague or Via Web Browser (Windows)
Sometimes when you select an email address link from within Colleague, the computer will not automatically open Outlook. The solution to this problem is outlined below.
1. Click on the “Start” button on the bottom left-hand corner of the screen and choose Default Programs.
2. Choose Set program access and computer configuration.
3. Choose Microsoft Windows.
4. click OK and you are done. Clicking an email address within Colleauge will now open a new email message within Outlook.
