Office 365 (Outlook on the Web) - Auto Forward Email to a Personal Account (Students Only)

As of 9/17/18, forwarding has been disabled in Outlook for all Parkland employees as a cybersecurity measure.

  1. Login to your Outlook account and click the SETTINGS icon, then choose View all Outlook settings at the bottom.
  2. Select Mail>Forwarding.
  3. Select Enable forwarding, enter your personal email address, and click Save. It is recommend that you select Keep a copy of forwarded messages so that you have a backup within Outlook.
  4. To turn off forwarding, uncheck Enable forwarding and select Save.
