Office 365 (Web) - Forward Your Email to a Personal Account

Important Note: As of 9/17/18, forwarding has been disabled in Outlook for all Parkland employees as a cybersecurity measure.

  1. Login to your Outlook account and click the SETTINGS icon, then choose Mail at the bottom in the "Your App settings" section :


  2. Click FORWARDING in the Accounts section.

  3. Select START FORWARDING, then enter your personal email address. We recommend keeping a copy of your forwarded messages in Outlook as a back-up.
