Student Email - Access, Training, and Resources


Before you can access your Parkland student email:


Click on the “Email” icon on https://my.parkland.edu/ or open a web browser and navigate to https://go.parkland.edu/email. This is the screen that you will see.  It is the sign-on portal that will take you directly into your Parkland email account.

https://support.microsoft.com/ contains training and instructions for all Microsoft products including Outlook.


Your Parkland email address is your username#@stu.parkland.edu.


Student email accounts get deactivated after two years of non-enrollment and messages cannot be recovered once the account is deleted. Students will receive an email alert informing them of the pending deactivation 60 days prior to that action being taken.
