I am off campus and cannot sign into my Parkland owned laptop. I need help getting signed in.

There are two primary reasons why you may not be able to sign in. First, you may have forgotten your password, or you may remember your password, but Windows has expired your cached credentials on your laptop. Either way, the only resolution for this is to bring the laptop to campus. (Even if you have access to another computer to change your ParklandOne password, when you are off campus, you must be able to sign in to the Parkland laptop in order to establish a VPN connection to campus. The VPN connection to campus is required to update the cached credentials on your laptop.)
