Office 365 (Outlook 2019 Mac) - How to Create a Note

Create a Note

  1. Change to the Note View by clicking on the Note icon on the bottom of the sidebar.

     2.  In the Ribbon area of the Home tab, select New Note.

     3.  When you are finished editing your note, select File -> Save in the Outlook menu bar.

     4.  To close the note, select the X in the upper-left corner of the note window.

     Note: To read or edit a note, you can just double-click a note to open it.

      Tips:  Notes in Outlook also gives you formatting options in the Ribbon area of the Home tab similar to Microsoft Word. You can also organize notes by clicking the organize tab and creating folders for your notes or by clicking the New Folder button in the Ribbon area.
