Office 365 (Outlook) - Mark Calendar Appointments as Private

Mark Calendar Appointments as Private

You can tag appointments as private to prevent others from seeing the details. Those you’ve shared your calendar with will only see a block of time reserved and your status such as "busy".

Outlook Client 2013:

1. Select Calendar
2. Right-click on the appointment
3. Select Private
