Parkland College uses the Benefits Enrollment Online feature through WebAdvisor (https://my.parkland.edu). All employees will need to submit enrollment information.
1. Log in to my.parkland – https://my.parkland.edu. Contact the Tech Services Desk at 217.353.3333 if you need assistance logging in.2. Click on the Web Advisor button .3. Under WebAdvisor for Employees, click on Parkland Employee Information, then Benefit Enrollment.4. This link will take you to the Benefit Enrollment process. The first page will list the benefits in which you are currently enrolled and reflect which benefits are eligible for changes during the Open Enrollment Process.5. Click “Enroll or Change Benefits” and then Continue to proceed into the enrollment process.6. Select applicable insurances (medical, dental, vision). If you also wish to enroll in the Flexible Spending Account and/or Dependent Care Account, also check those boxes then click Continue.7. You have the option of managing dependents through this process. Please note – dependent information linked to your plan may contain demographic information that is incorrect. Please contact Admissions and Records for updates to this information for dependents who are not employed by Parkland College. Documentation may be required for some changes.8. Proceed through the enrollment process. Please be sure to read all information provided. If you do not wish to enroll in the medical and/or dental plan, you must Opt Out.9. Once you have completed the enrollment process and provided your electronic signature for final enrollment, your enrollment is complete. The Benefits Staff will contact you if there are any questions.
