My.Parkland - Getting Adobe Error Message When Opening Forms and Documents

Error #1:

"Please wait... If this message is not eventually replaced by the proper contents of the document, your PDF viewer may not be able to display this type of document. You can upgrade to the latest version of Adobe Reader for Windows®, Mac, or Linux® by visiting http://www.adobe.com/go/reader_download. For more assistance with Adobe Reader visit http://www.adobe.com/go/acrreader."

If you get this error, you will need to click on the down arrow in the upper-right hand section of the document in order to download it. Once downloaded, you will be able to view it, fill it in, and save the form.

Error #2:

"There was an error opening this document. The filename, directory name, or volume label syntax is incorrect."

Option 1.  At the my.parkland sign-in screen, choose the option 'This is a private computer'.

Option 2.    If you don't sign-on as 'This is a private computer', then you should right click on the form to open it.
