My Parkland - Getting Adobe Error Message When Opening Documents

There are two possible solutions when you get the following error when opening documents on the portal.

Adobe Error

Option 1.  At the my.parkland sign-in screen, choose the option 'This is a private computer'.

Option 2.    If you don't sign-on as 'This is a private computer', then you should right click on the form to open.
