ADMIN TOOLS TAB - Documents
The Documents tab is used to create, edit, activate, and delete documentation within your KB site.
With the correct permissions, you may:
Create a new document.
Create a template.
Upload Images.
Send document review reminders.
View your document's revision history.
Set a document expiration date.
Create a glossary entry.
An overview of the links on the left navigation bar.
Find documents using keyword and title search.
