DocuSign - eSignature Guide
DocuSign allows Parkland employees to send and sign agreements. Since there is a cost involved each time a document is sent off for a signature, it is intended for external legal agreements as opposed to forms internal to the College. Every employee has rights to sign electronic agreements via their Parkland DocuSign account but very few have rights to create and send documents/envelopes off for a signature. If that level of access is needed, a Work Request must be submitted to Campus Tech and once established, those users can open up DocuSign via https://go.parkland.edu/docusign.
Please note that most users, especially those who are sending off internal Parkland forms for a signature, simply send Adobe Acrobat PDFs and the approver will sign using the Adobe "Fill and Sign" option. This is different than "Adobe Sign" which Parkland users are no longer licensed for.
